It has been half a month since I last updated. Well, I'm just plainly busy with work; rushing projects everyday that I forgot all about updating.
Here's a quick recap, notice to you people on what have I been doing...
Basically, what I do on weekdays would be work and then I go back home for sleep. If not, I'll be cleaning up at my new YCK flat or buying items from IKEA and so on. Simply saying, I'm lacked of sleep now and I definitely look forward to a good night's (or rather a good day's) sleep! Needless to say, weekends aren't for me to enjoy as well. I went to the new house almost every saturdays and sundays with my mum (and with hubby if he's not working) to clean up. My new house is almost done up, with those windows left to clean up and tiles to wipe up (including and installing of my bedroom wardrobe and kitchen cabinet)...
The furnitures and electrical appliances would be coming in on the Saturday, 20th and WE WOULD BE MOVING IN ON THE 21st! Quite a lot, yet to be done and bought, but we are almost there... I'm really looking forward!
AND YES! I'm going to spend the Christmas there. We have somewhat came to the idea of having a nice dinner at home on the eve before going to Church and then spending a day at home, watching DVDs (movies) to destress with snacks coming on and such! I hope we would both agree to that and make it real as it would be real cool!
Alright, talking back about work, it wasn't HECTIC but just packed. No extra time for me to do other things except for the projects. AND our office would be shifting to KATONG MALL soon. For people who don't know, its near Parkway Parade and although I have a direct bus (4 or 5 blocks away from my new flat) but the journey is around 64MINS (ie 1Hour 4Mins) which means that including walking and the waiting for the bus, it would take me around 1 and a half Hour!!! (That's equals to early wake-up as well!)
Anyway, yesterday was my dad's 55th birthday. As usual, we didn't celebrate or anything. This time it was because he wasn't in town. (He's in England by the way)... Reminded me of the good old days like when they celebrated my birthday with my favourite Bengawan Solo Pandan Kaya Cake at home. The photo, I still kept it, and it was really heartwarming. It's like it happens to MOST people, as we grow up, we tend to forget doing those heartwarming things... I miss them truly but I knew we had each other in our own heart and we mind them! That's enough, I suppose.
Alright, it's time to get back to real business and I've got to rush the projects already! Bye people and GOD BLESS...
P/S: Nicole is well by the way... She's being active at times and INactive at times... She can now recognise our voices and whenever I sing to her she will kick and I like playing with her when her legs or arms sticked out! Its fun, really... I love my Nicole!
Hugs,
Selene
